Our Three-Pronged Approach to

Achieving Better Outcomes

Services

Data Dive

We will conduct a quantitative analysis of your school or district's equity data to determine where unconscious bias may be impacting student outcomes. Our diagnostic racial equity evaluation is then used to inform targeted individualized plans to support anti-racist leadership development.

Anti-Racist Educator Training

Our comprehensive training is designed to help educators build the knowledge, skills, and ability to confront racism and unconscious biases to develop effective and equitable pedagogy and practices in their schools.

Implementation Infrastructure

We turn equity initiatives into embedded practice by supporting the development of a data framework that undergirds leaders' commitment to anti-racism. The proper data infrastructure ensures leaders are able to measure progress on racial equity related to the student outcomes they are targeting.
