A Launching Pad for Racial Equity

The Anti-Racism Leadership Institute is a launching pad for racial equity improvements in school systems. We specialize in comprehensive racial equity audits, needs analysis, diagnostic evaluations, strategic planning, and leadership development.

Through collaborations with state agencies, school districts, and educational organizations in the United States and abroad, we focus on improving outcomes for students of color by addressing systemic racial equity challenges.

What is anti-racism?

“Anti-racism is the work of actively opposing racism by advocating for changes that promote racial equity in society.”

Who We Work With

Leaders committed to equity across state agencies, school districts, colleges, universities, and education-based organizations in the U.S. and abroad.

How We Work

We co-design individualized action plans rooted in antiracism and tied to measurable student outcomes.
